However, we stand 100% behind our formula architecture: if you experience any technical defect, corrupt file, broken formula, or unexpected usability issue that our concierge support cannot fix for you within 48 hours, you will receive an immediate, full 100% refund.
1. Nature of Digital Goods
The The Aisle Plan — Luxury Wedding Planning Suite & Editorial Toolkits is an intangible digital asset delivered immediately upon order confirmation via a digital download link and direct Google Sheets copy access. Unlike physical items, digital spreadsheets cannot be physically returned once received or saved to personal cloud storage (Google Drive).
Consequently, all digital template sales are considered final once download links or Google Sheets copy access has been delivered.
2. When Refunds ARE Granted (100% Guaranteed)
We are dedicated to providing flawless, beautifully automated wedding spreadsheets. You are eligible for an immediate 100% refund under any of the following verified conditions:
- Unusable or Defective Files: If the spreadsheet contains corrupt files, calculation errors, or non-functioning automated formulas when opened in official Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and our concierge support team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If a network error or accidental double-click resulted in multiple charges for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately upon verification.
- Material Non-Conformity: If the delivered suite is materially missing any of the 20 core planning modules advertised on our official product description page.
3. How to Report an Issue or Request a Refund
If you encounter any unexpected issue or need assistance with your spreadsheet:

If our team cannot resolve the technical problem within 48 hours, an immediate 100% refund is processed to your original card.
4. Refund Processing Timelines & Methods
Once a refund is approved and initiated via Whop / Stripe:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): Funds typically appear back in your bank or card statement within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's clearing speed.
- Apple Pay & Google Pay: Returned directly to the linked underlying card or bank account according to standard digital wallet settlement schedules.
