Digital License Overview
When you purchase the The Aisle Plan — Luxury Wedding Planning Suite & Editorial Toolkits, you receive a single-household, lifetime personal use license. You may share the files with your fiancé, family members, or immediate wedding coordinator for planning your own wedding. Commercial redistribution, resale, or publishing the template is strictly prohibited.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Buyer", or "you") and THE AISLE PLAN ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and purchase from theaisleplan.com.
By purchasing or accessing any digital products, templates, or spreadsheets on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
2. Digital Product License & Scope of Use
Upon receipt of full payment, THE AISLE PLAN grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to download, view, and edit the The Aisle Plan — Luxury Wedding Planning Suite & Editorial Toolkits exclusively for your own personal wedding planning.
Permitted Uses:
- Creating personal copies on Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive for you and your fiancé.
- Sharing the file with your wedding coordinator, maid of honor, or family members assisting with your specific wedding.
- Printing worksheets, seating plans, or day-of run sheets for personal vendor coordination.
Strictly Prohibited Uses:
- Reselling, sublicensing, leasing, or renting the templates, formulas, or assets in original or modified form.
- Publishing the Google Sheets direct copy link or raw Excel file on public websites, torrent trackers, social groups, or shared forums.
- Extracting the proprietary visual design, formula architecture, or automated VBA/macro calculations to create competing commercial spreadsheet products.
3. Delivery & Access Terms
All products sold on theaisleplan.com are delivered digitally. Delivery is instantaneous upon completion of checkout. Customers receive on-screen download buttons, direct customer hub access via Whop, and an email delivery receipt containing access links to:
- The 1-Click Google Sheets copy template.
- The Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) standalone master workbook.
- Digital quickstart instructions and video guides.
4. Pricing, Payments & Currencies
Prices are displayed in USD or your local detected currency. You agree to pay the total purchase amount indicated at checkout. All transactions are securely processed through Whop Inc. and Stripe, Inc. Any applicable sales taxes or value-added taxes (VAT/GST) are calculated transparently at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.
5. Digital Product Refund & Quality Policy
Due to the immediate access provided for digital goods, all template purchases are generally final once download links or Google Sheets copy access has been delivered. However, we back our craftsmanship with a 100% Quality & Defect Guarantee: if you experience a corrupt file, calculation error, or unusable spreadsheet that our concierge support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, you are entitled to an immediate full refund. 6. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
The spreadsheets and resources provided by THE AISLE PLAN are educational and organizational productivity tools. They do not constitute formal financial, accounting, legal, contractual, or certified professional event planning advice. You are solely responsible for executing formal contracts with third-party vendors and verifying specific venue requirements.

Google Sheets™ and Google Drive™ are trademarks of Google LLC. Microsoft Excel® is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. THE AISLE PLAN is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall THE AISLE PLAN, its founders, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our templates. Our aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the product ($19.99 USD).
